Bubba Kush Clone already flowering?

I purchased a female clone from a dispensary. A very well known dispensary in Los Angeles.

It is about 7" tall and the growth on it is explosive.

I am seriously wondering if it really is a female or male though.


The stalk is pretty thick, purple and hairy.

The leaves are just very dense.


Does it look like this plant has already started flowering?

It looks like it was stunned in early growth and is now just starting to take off, If it is growing fast and gaining height and branches now then you should wait. give is another 2 weeks and youll get twice as much bud. yeah let that stem thicken up a little too, be patient whats your hurry

No worry at all, I just bought it, that's what it looked like. I have it under some Flourescent lighting, no hps lights yet.

why would they give you a male clone, you didnt study did you. A clone is a guaranteed female cuz that clone you have is a clipping from a female plant. you should read this fourm like the bible before you start flowering that baby

Actually, let's just nail this right now. We aren't going to play the "You don't know me" game here. Why would a dispensary give a clone of a male plant to their customers.

Oh I don;t know, let's say, competition?

Right now in LA there are no laws for dispensaries anymore.
Meaning right now you could hang a sign out of your front door and sell as a dispensary to anyone.

If I come into your dispensary and buy 15 clones weekly, in a month Ill be your direct competition.

Looks like a girl from the pics, tho resolution here isn't so good. What kind of soil is that? Looks like a lot of wood chips, I think I would repot into some good potting soil with plenty of pearlite.

Last week, the supreme court of California removed all laws pertaining to Dispensaries in California, citing them as unlawful or contradicting the state law on medical marijuana.

So right now, there are, no laws in affect over dispensaries in California.


Legally, you can open a store here , bring in pounds of weed and sell it to anyone, with NO fear of being raided by ANY law enforcement agency.

it's a female and it can be flowered, but I personally would wait because I can see it is just starting to really grow, I think it will double in size in just 2-3 weeks then flower, unless you dont have room.

This plant is 100% female any new growwers wanting to know what a female looks like take a look at the white hairs on the internodes.Iwould give the plant a little more time then flower at around a foot.By flowerering at a foot this will be give the plant the optimon light that will give you bud from the bottom up.
