The Whole fucking World has exploded, not figurately exactly, but essentially with the same consequences.
I have my new freezer which now I am trying to stock-pile with frozen veggies, chicken thighs (with bone in), Bubba Burgers & fish (freezes well)
Came back late though from the store & I'd missed the fucking boat (no more veggies left on the shelf or Bubba Burgers :( )
How are you guy's doing "hunkering down"?
I'm finding it a challenge actually, seeing as I was one of those folks that actually did live week to week to pay for food & lodgings & sometimes found that a challenge.
Too think about hording food for a month was inconceivable to me a week ago, but now it seems too be required.
This really is unimaginable.
My wife is a K2 teacher & now she has to conduct classes via the Web & email, which should really work out well for a 5 year old student.
My parents grew up during WW2, & now I actually envy them, & I thought that could never, ever be possible, until now.
It's fucking unreal.
I also thought I'd never say this, but God Bless you all (I'm an Atheist, but what the fuck, any port in a storm :) )

it's legal in the city limits of Denver to grow your own. i so want to try it where i'm at but the legal consequences are making me lean toward no.

i'd take mescaline over shrooms anyday. and shrooms over acid.

I have enough on hand to last my family about 5 weeks. I add odds and ins every two days as I can.

Thing is, most hoarders have already blown all their money and maxed out their credit cards. By the time a few weeks goes by the stores will be stocked up again and things for those with savings and income will go pretty much back to normal.

The downside is that all those that went all in from the start will be broke. Those are the people that will be resorting to drastic measures first.

I had a good acid hook up in San Diego who I trust. He was basically a street shaman and everything I ever got from him was clean. I'm no stranger to growing shrooms either. It's actually pretty common on some islands to get offered mushroom shakes. Some are even purported to be picked straight from elephant shit. Anyway, I agree about your preference order and San Pedro cactus is supposedly legal in most of the US because it's unknown. All three are amazing but it's the matter of risk. If that risk can be eliminated, the preference order changes for me.

if i knew more about the actual risk of just getting caught with possession of shrooms, i'd think more about it. especially with camping season right aroudn the corner. i'd have no intent on selling them.

how long of a time does it take from start to finish? spore syringes were way cheaper than i thought they'd be.

I once had a fucking kick ass time on Utila Island, Honduras. Was up all night shrooming and frying on acid. An unforgettable woman who was becoming a divemaster became a lifelong friend that night. We started smoking herb when the sun was coming up but I was still kind of trippin when I went diving with her. Best dives of my life and we saw dolphins.

Shrooms hit you in waves. It's not always the same but usually within 6-8 hours you're off of it. LSD hits you in waves too but each wave is less defined I guess. I found acid to be more controllable through will power. Everyone is different and dosages are different and each batch is different. My experience with LSD isn't as deep as with shrooms. I get a lot of benefit from shrooms emotionally.

my bad, i meant how long to grow them? i've done plenty to know about the effects. we got ours from cow dung in south georgia. they'd go down and come back with garbage bags full. the cow shit taste was offputting but i found a reese's peanut butter cup, half chewed and then stuff them in and chew like hell.

I mean, you could eat them within a couple of weeks and trip clean if you wanted to. You don't even really have to dry them. To do it right takes 2-3 months. Whenever I did it right they tasted liek pistachios and I just ate em, no hurl. I fucked it up a few times.

I'm an Acid man myself.
Buttons & schrooms always tasted like shit & you could never count on the potency.
But good LSD was foolproof, no nausea or hangovers.
Just hold the fuck on and away you went :)
