Drooping seedling leaves HELP!

Ok, so I tried dwc again and this may be the last time. My 2 week old plants from seed are drooping and look super fucking unhappy just like me. They started out alright, I also had a top feed going. As they got bigger they started to droop more and more. Now they look like this.

The roots are fine, cripsy white, I actually wish I was growing roots, because that's the only thing that's growing for me in dwc. Ph is in range. The water temps are def not too high. I'd say they're on the colder side of the spectrum. I was using 1/4 strength GHE nutes, changed the res a few days ago to 1/2, no improvement, got worse actually, lol. I have COB led lights. No, they're not too far, as the plants are not stretching. No they're not too close as you can't even feel the warmth from them on your hand. There are no light leaks in the res. The res doesn't stink. The water should have more than enough air in there. I have 4 air stones bubbling right under the roots. It was 2 before. I put another pump in there a few days ago, no improvement. I thought maybe the space between the net cups and the water is too much, because the roots just recently hit the water, so most of the roots weren't submerged although they are dripping wet from the bubbles, so I changed the res again today, added more water, so It's almost touching the net pots, also added more nutes as the 3rd week has started. A few hours have passed and there is no improvement. If it was underwatering I guess they would have sprung up pretty quickly. Atleast that'a how it was during the good old soil days where I had no major problems and I could come to the growroom and leave with a smile on my face, not pissed off and ready to punch a hole in the wall and throw the plants in the trash.

I am using tap water and it is pretty hard, so that is the only thing I can think of, but like i've read people doing that and not having a problem. And no, I can not get ro water, because there's just nowhere to buy it in my shitty ass country. I also do not wish to install a filter, I'd rather just grow in soil. Sorry for being rantyish, I'm just really upset, because I'm not used to having such a hard time growing weed. Hope someone can help, thank you!!

Drop your water down to where only the bubbles keep your media wet. After a week or so.
If that is how they look lights-off that's pretty normal.
Go back to 1/4 strength. You are going to create problems where there are not any.

That's how they look lights on, basically all the time. Alright, I'll do that

Cool man keep us posted. You will get it.
Seedlings tend to start out slow in dwc but once they get some roots....boom man they will blow up for you.

Yeah, it seems that way. I'm just a little confused as I thought that the whole point of dwc is to get fast veg growth.
Well, I guess 2 of them seem to be doing better. Have you noticed that in dwc they grow a lot more side branching than they do grow vertically or is it just me? Kinda like that tho. Also my pineapple express seems to be having the hardest time, altho I was the most excited for her .Her roots are also the smallest rn, so maybe there's a correlation.

Dont worry too much about the old growth. Those leaves will never fix themselves. The new stuff looks pretty good.
Yeah, that side branching is good. You want a nice short squat plant because you can train to to produce many main colas.

Cool on the PH.
I would recommend checking your PPM every morning and writing it down on a calendar.
Based on what the PPM reading is doing you can know when to up the nutes, lower the nutes ect.
I would not grow without one.
