First lemme say a lot of fucking whiners In This Thread.

Complaining cuz your package was ripped open (at customs!) and you still rec'd your beans, then blaming it on the seedbank? Bitching cuz you didn't get free seeds in an order with a massive discount, when you weren't told you would? Purchasing quasi-legal products and complaining to excess about anything?

Forreal? Yall must not be living in reality. This isn't Amazon Prime. Some people make me SMH.

ANYWAY. Made my first Bonza order over the holidays. Great experience thus far. No I am not affiliated w/ Bonza. Look at my damn join date...

Service has been really good, prices are reasonable, shipping sounds on point. We shall see in a week or two what happens.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was a problem with my shipping address, and an agent "Lily" contacted me a day after the order and got it changed. Order shipped 6 days after order (which included the New Years holiday). I don't have a tracking # but was told it should update in 24 hours and if it didn't, to get back in touch with them (which I have no problem doing cuz they reply in 10 minutes during biz hours!).

PROS:

>I got a great discount...50% off promo = 25 higher quality seeds WITH stealth shipping all under $150!
>They take US bank cards (debit)
>VERY prompt communication (we're talking 5-10 minutes response time during biz hours)
>You can live chat them in real-time, too
>From other customers reviews, the packaging they use sounds very professional

I can't really blame them though. The discount still works out to ~45%. We shall see if I'm singing the same tune in 2 weeks when my order arrives. Thanks Bonza (and Lily!)

Sent em this pic of my GDP seeds. (NONE of which germinated) and they asked me to send it back. So I'm supposed to wait another 4 weeks........
There's a reason we pay so much for shipping and handling.
These guys SUCK. I have only got 2 seeds to germ from them and I think they were knock offs... I just ordered something else from them to document the experience and sure enough they are already showing me that they don't care one bit about customer service.. I ordered 2 lucky charms at the same time a friend ordered 2... The website showed that there were only 2 left, yet we each show that our orders have been shipped. Inquiry into the matter has only yielded generic messages about the items being in transit 3 business days after I placed the order!

Oh and the friends order was shipped same date..... Hmmm I bet I wont be getting what I wanted whether it will be labeled that way or not... Stay away from @thebonzaseedbank everyone! There are plenty of other places to go such as midweeksong and they do pick and mix but they will let you order whole packs if you want and will give proof of the breeders pack! FUCK BONZA!!! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE THAT WILL SATISFY YOUR NEEDS (pun intented)

What date was your package shipped? I ordered from the other day and it shipped on the 3rd of aprilnnow it's saying on Royal mails tracker that it was prepared for overseas postal service? Paid for stealth shipping?
