Complaining cuz your package was ripped open (at customs!) and you still rec'd your beans, then blaming it on the seedbank? Bitching cuz you didn't get free seeds in an order with a massive discount, when you weren't told you would? Purchasing quasi-legal products and complaining to excess about anything?
Forreal? Yall must not be living in reality. This isn't Amazon Prime. Some people make me SMH.

ANYWAY. Made my first Bonza order over the holidays. Great experience thus far. No I am not affiliated w/ Bonza. Look at my damn join date...
Service has been really good, prices are reasonable, shipping sounds on point. We shall see in a week or two what happens.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was a problem with my shipping address, and an agent "Lily" contacted me a day after the order and got it changed. Order shipped 6 days after order (which included the New Years holiday). I don't have a tracking # but was told it should update in 24 hours and if it didn't, to get back in touch with them (which I have no problem doing cuz they reply in 10 minutes during biz hours!).
PROS:
>I got a great discount...50% off promo = 25 higher quality seeds WITH stealth shipping all under $150!
>They take US bank cards (debit)
>VERY prompt communication (we're talking 5-10 minutes response time during biz hours)
>You can live chat them in real-time, too
>From other customers reviews, the packaging they use sounds very professional

I can't really blame them though. The discount still works out to ~45%. We shall see if I'm singing the same tune in 2 weeks when my order arrives. Thanks Bonza (and Lily!)
