I'm new to this forum but not new to Bonza. I found this forum looking for people with the same experience as I had. What I found was a few dissatisfied customer's. My experience has "Always been 10 of 10." I was using Nirvana Seeds, which are cool also, but didn't have enough selection. I found Bonza and was pleased with price, variety, and the mix and match option. I placed my first order of $80 plus. Order took 21 days but arrived unopened and very stealthy. Placed 3more orders since and all was great. I just placed an order 10 days ago to take advantage of the freebie promo. I thought I ordered enough to receive the full promotion but by my own silly mistake I mistook British Pound for Euro's. I contacted customer service and got a response in about 5 minutes. She explained that I hadn't spent enough to qualify for the full promotion. It was a $40 difference. I asked if I spent $40 more could they combine my order and qualify me for the full promotion or do I have to replace my full order. She responded with....OF COURSE YOU CAN. She told me to place my order and message her back with my order #. She then rushed to combine my orders before the first one shipped out. She was very nice and helpful. I got my order yesterday and EVERYTHING checked out. All 14 freebies and all 14 purchased. 14 different strains. All Good. I live in the middle of the U.S. #GoChiefs and always gotten my package. Even through Chicago. Besides Nirvana, I've ordered from 3 other companies. All bogus. Bonza has great selection and freedom of choice and quantity. Bonza is the Real Deal and I would and have recommend them to anyone. I Found my new Home away from home!!⬆ For the people who are having trouble. You must pay for tracking. It's your money both ways. Protect it. 2.Give it time to be delivered. It will get there. Happy Growing to All and to All a good high!! Bonza keep em growing.

Your probably the first person to go looking for other people that had a good experience with a seedbank its usually the opposite. I have a hard time believing that you dont work for them the way your email reads and being a new member but thanks for the info if this is a real review.

Trust me, I don't work for them. Just had a really great experience every time. So I was wondering what experience others had. I don't hear a lot of talk about them. Wish everyone had a great experience. My only problem is that I didn't get a t-shirt. I like t-shirts. Otherwise they were great folks to me. Just wanted to share my exp.

iv ordered fron bonanza seeds 3 times first 2 were great as the first order was sent to wrong address and the resent them to me and every time iv ordered what ever offer they have on even when iv not spent enough they have given me the freebees iv always found them really easy to talk to ,but on my third order my 4 seeds didnt germ i tried to complain about them not sprouting but was told it could not be discussed as thats not what there for and was redirected to rules and regs , even thou i had spoke to one of the girls when i first ever ordered about germing my seeds maybe it was just me , anyway im giving gorilla seeds a go now they seem really good and plenty choice .

came in today ty bonza :) this was my second purchase..also i might note that was a faster shipping than my first order...update when i germ em...first order i got 100% germ on x3 beans

That gives me hope, I placed my 1st order with them, and must admit that they do have an AMAZING customer service, I just opened a post explaining my experience with them (Bonza) only thing I would question is the tracking number system they use, but from reading some of previous reviews, yes it might need some help/updating but at the end of the day, I guess it doesn't seem to matter. I'm currently waiting on the tracking number but hope that when I do receive it, I will notice that it's halfway through the trip.... lol Fingers crossed!! Stay tuned will update on my post.

check ur order review on there website and if it says shipped then u gotta wait till it passes over to ur country and then it will start tracking from there bro....they dont start it from there shop just when it gets to the country if that makes scene

So here where i stand.

My beans havent shipped and its been 9 days since they took my payment. I understand there are holidays but i recieved communication from them. While it was partial and aggrevating, it shows me someone is there. I ordered ultimate shipping all three packages. (Wish theyd combine em all and credit me shipping. Oh well more freebies)

I am a bit aggrevated to say the least in terms of communication.
I had to tell them not to send me 3 word responses pertaining to id. As a new customer i had NO idea what they were talking about.

I will update as i recieve them.

9 days after purchase and it says "Awaiting Pickup"

Now... heres what i LOVE about them.
They accept mastercard!
Haha my bank debit card worked, so no meed in hunting down international cards and putting funds on the incorrect type of card. Just like orderin the old lady some jewelry. CONVENIENT.
Aside from attitude (which does NOT accept american debit personal bank cards or mastercard. LAME!
Bonza has a comfortable layout, that encourages the user to navigate across a strangely familiar terrain. The tracking is the same with attitude. Itll start tracking in us soil, and prolly sit at customs for a week (according to tracking)

Hoping that Bonza can be my bottom b****.

Complaining cuz your package was ripped open (at customs!) and you still rec'd your beans, then blaming it on the seedbank? Bitching cuz you didn't get free seeds in an order with a massive discount, when you weren't told you would? Purchasing quasi-legal products and complaining to excess about anything?

Forreal? Yall must not be living in reality. This isn't Amazon Prime. Some people make me SMH.

ANYWAY. Made my first Bonza order over the holidays. Great experience thus far. No I am not affiliated w/ Bonza. Look at my damn join date...

Service has been really good, prices are reasonable, shipping sounds on point. We shall see in a week or two what happens.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was a problem with my shipping address, and an agent "Lily" contacted me a day after the order and got it changed. Order shipped 6 days after order (which included the New Years holiday). I don't have a tracking # but was told it should update in 24 hours and if it didn't, to get back in touch with them (which I have no problem doing cuz they reply in 10 minutes during biz hours!).

PROS:

>I got a great discount...50% off promo = 25 higher quality seeds WITH stealth shipping all under $150!
>They take US bank cards (debit)
>VERY prompt communication (we're talking 5-10 minutes response time during biz hours)
>You can live chat them in real-time, too
>From other customers reviews, the packaging they use sounds very professional

CONS: (Will update after delivery if any arise)
>None yet... EXCEPT ALL OF THE PRICES DROPPING THE DAY AFTER THEIR 50% PROMO ENDS! :cuss:


I can't really blame them though. The discount still works out to ~45%. We shall see if I'm singing the same tune in 2 weeks when my order arrives. Thanks Bonza (and Lily!)

Ive had 3 or 4 orders via Bonza and all were great...

my current order using the "buddy" method was taken by customs but this doesn't effect me as my details were not on the package and a resend has been despatched.

from my previous orders most of my seeds have all germinated and I havnt found an equal to the "buddy" method of postage.

my only gripe is that on previous orders i would receive an international tracking number before I got a domestic tracking number which they no longer give... so I have to take Bonzas word for it that they have actually sent it and although I do trust this company it would be nice to actually be able to see it "in the mail"

I used the $15 delivery just for continually resends if a problem arrises. & provides tracking. I will update as it comes.

I order from bonza about 3 times. Always opt for the free shipping. Never had an issue onces with them. I even missed the Christmas promo, gave them an email and they hook me up with the promo anyways. They are my go to guys whenever I'm low on magic beans. Good luck ya.

Yeah mate i agree, but however, i have used bonza exclusively for years with no dramas, except my last order. Huge 50% off sale with Jacked up prices really shat me off, then the non recieval of order! I had recieved my tracking number for Auspost and followed it religiously. I was at work when i checked tracking which said "customer not known at this address".
So i went to post office and explained that i am me, and i live at said address, so they asked for tracking at post office and checked themselves and saw what i had seen and that it had been updated back to "in transit".
So the postmaster and i thought it would be returned to post office.
The next day i checked tracking and it stated that the parcel had been signed for, so i went to post office and they could see that i had not recieved my parcel because the delivery van had not left for deliveries yet! Or was it even on truck or in post office, which they turned upside down to try and find.
I have now got David from Bonza who is the contact here on their account, checking into it. I have dealt with Lily before and she is awesome, also Davina. But this sale really had them come undone i believe.... I believe they have had such an influx of orders from existing and new customers that they could not keep up! My order took 12 days to dispatch (if it did even) and i got non response with every ticket i opened with them apart from maybe 2 occasions which i was sent very blunt responses.
To Davids credit, he is trying to help me out, but i need my meds and have very little left as i am self sufficient on med production, i relly am on the verge of fuct! I cant afford the same amount of money again to replace beans and i am very skeptical of any seedbank now. Never used to be, but i spose it only takes one time being burned.....

This may be merely coincidence however, even if they DO send me replacements as i have photographed the incident entirely; I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. PERIOD. Aside from terrible customer service/ feedback. The packaging is either insufficient or they themselves sell non viable seeds.
