Kombucha is a fermented fizzy beverage made from a colony of yeast known as a scoby. You feed it with green or black tea and sugar. Over the course of a week you allow the colony to ferment and digest the sugar and tea mixture. Then a second fermentation of a few days can be done to increase fizziness, and add custom flavors like fruits, herbs, and spices.
It self propagates at the right temperatures for easy gifting to hippy dippy types, and if you can care for it well the colony can live indefinitely.
Heidi reminds me of a really hot Janice Joplin.

Damn, I think I have a small blood clot in my finger. It appeared out of no where 2 days ago, and is annoying. I wouldn't know what it was except for the good ol' internet.
Debating whether or not to go to a walk-in...It's small....I don't think big enough to kill me if it comes loose, but IDK!~
Snow here tonight too.....I am thinking a pizza and mushrooms
I dusted off my distillation kit too....Might have to try this again! So many hobbies and not enough time or energy!!

Depends on your pulmonary tree. I'd be seen and have it entered into my record. They may want to consider thinning you for a bit. Have them look. I just did the same. so you used a kumbucha scoby to make a what, sour dough mix or what starter for your bread? verry interested to know.
Yup, I smooshed up some scoby and added a teaspoon of that, and a little unflavored kombucha to flour, then treated it like a normal starter. It was bubbly and happy after 4 days. must give the yeast in the environment a jumpstart

sweeeeet, thanx, ill be experimenting with that this summer, too cold at the moment, too many things takeing up warm space in the house as it is, as ive entered the solo cup challange, ive had to remove some stuff to make space for my 3 solo cups, i placed them on the cooking range (oil fired and warm 24/7).
