The cheat code to this is use purple Gatorade. It made the mornings much more tolerable than when you used Kool-Aid. I mean, they were still rough, but not near as bad. My buddies always knew they were in for a long night when I showed up with a grocery bag full of 32oz grape gatorades and a fifth of everclear.
