... How did did you find BBQ sauce from Ingonish of all places? ...
We toured The Cabot Trail/Cape Breton National Park in 2022. Totally agree - there were plenty of big rocks & hills & ocean in every direction but not many places had a decent cuppa. Ingonish was one of the places we stayed a few nights. There are some great hiking trails and I had a tee time at Cape Breton Highlands Golf Course. The Coastal Restaurant was one of the recommended local eateries in Ingonish. I had their Ringer burger which has the Ringer sauce instead of ketchup.

I can attest - The Coastal is still one of the recommended eateries.

I drove right by the Coastal numerous times, didn't know about the sauce.
Golf might actually be more important than hockey in Cape Breton, spectacular couse.
Cabot Trail is one of the best roads in the world, scenery wise..took the kids on several (4) tent camping trips along the coast.

I can't describe that ... my words don't do those scenes justice. It's the same with some of the landscapes we encountered in Jasper, Banff and Yoho National Parks out in western AB & eastern BC.

I played The Algonquin right on the Bay of Fundy in St Andrews, NB a few days before playing the Highlands course. Scenery at Highlands totally kicked the Algonquin - which had some amazing vistas itself.
