Some people have a very aggressive first pass system through their liver CYP 3A4 system. First the edibles have to have been made properly, ie, decarbed and distributed in the solution because they don't mix with water. Next you need a catalyst to help you, try eating your edible with a nice fat, or alcohol, bolus. If they don't work then it's your liver which is protecting you ;D good morning
So my question would be I use a very fine Keefe in my baking so wouldn't that be enough to activate it?

Nope you have to decarboxylate it by holding it at time and temp. Baking does not do that evenly or long enough. Try 240 for 30 minutes. I put it on a cookie sheet with a remote temp probe on the sheet. The I start the timer when the probe laying with the nugs/trim hits 240.

I have to use a toaster oven as our cheap electric oven has 30 degree temperature swings at 240. I do 240 for 40 minutes which might be a little long but it seems to work best with my setup. I only do tincture though and not butter or oil for edibles. I have a candy thermometer I leave on the tray to check temp while it's decarbing but I really like those remote probes like you have. I plan on getting one of the decarb machines eventually just to make it more standardized for doseage. I love the gummies you made and the color made me think of the plastic Army men I used to play with as a young kid.

You're right! That was the color when you found them again in your lawn! I was a pretty messy kid.
