It clearly says 3/4” manifolds and I built the hard lines 3/4”

Sooo, I got the 3/4" t fitting, but it's 1" ID in the t. But on the web site it says the 3/4" is for 3/4" diameter pipe. So, now I have to return the pvc I bought and get the next size up. Or get reducers like you did. Thats probably the easiest route since I already have all the fittings and shit. Screenshot_20231122_203915_Chrome.jpg20231122_205130.jpg

@Laughing Grass did you just get a male threaded reducer and use jb weld to secure it in the T? And compression fit with normal pvc glue for the pipe?

Boo!

Call them. They’ll send the correct part. The reducer I used wasn’t threaded. At Home Depot it’s in the electrical isle. Near the pvc conduit. It’s glued into the floraflex fitting then a regular 3/4” pvc pipe into it

I did. O ring looked good. The rubber washer between the valve and the quick release looked like it was tightened down with an impact wrench. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it for leaks.
these minor issues aside, I love the look of the system so far. Just transplanted 6 ssh into the Floraflex pots. I hand watered like a caveman this time. I still need to do some tinkering with the water flow.

I was gonna use one of the cheap 400gph aquarium pumps, but took back the 1/4hp vivosun pump I got my sister. Haha. I got her a new 1hp pump to empty her pool to replace it. I'm pumped to start hooking this all up. Of course, now I've got to wait til Friday to go to hardware store and hear back from floraflex. But I do agree, their parts are all top notch. Solid af and seem to be really quality parts. I was bummed a little that their green water line wasn't super soft and flexible. But it seems manageable so I'm not mad about it.

New toy and you can’t play with it. :(. I had the super flex tube with my Blumat system, they were nice but no good under pressure. That giant silver canister is a 3/4 hp pump LMAO. It has a million foot cord for emptying pools. When I turn it on the base on the table jumps. I need to get some outdoor Velcro and put it on the table and feet to keep it from moving

It's all good. Me and the boy went out to dinner tonight and I'll be thanksgiving-ing it up tomorrow. So Friday is realistically the soonest I'll get to it anyway. Plus, I still gotta clean out my car to get ready to sell it. And I really should mow one more time and mulch the leaves up. And I should definitely do some house cleaning. Lol, but I'll probably not do half the shit I'm supposed to do so I can do the fun stuff.

Yeah, that pump looks pretty solid. And the soft blumat hose was dreamy. But I agree way too soft for pressure with barbed fittings.
