Is it ok to use Black Strap Molasses in cooking my wife has been using Honey? I can't have Regular Sugar.

Sure alot of recipes use it, might have to check what kind of cooking to use with flavor wise. Beware tho black strap is bitter and regular is better for most recipes.

well its sold as human food soo it should be.
but blackstrap is thats whats left after taking all the good stuff its the lowest form of molasses

All the good is taken out leaving it in Molasses.
It even has reverse aging properties.
I can't have Sugar, Bleached Flour, Stuff from a Can, no Milk Products, no Meat other than what we raise or Wild. Bunch of other stuff.
My wife is wanting to make Cowboy Candy she has been using Honey and doing well if she uses Molasses it will be dark which is eye appeal.
