Monday update time again and its been a reasonably busy week in the closet, I potted up my nirvana northern lights into 12 inch pots, and in an attempt to keep height down, which is my strategy from now on if I am to achieve a split level grow closet with a small vegging compartment at the bottom with CFL's bringing the plants on, and a flowering compartment above that, thing is, I will have to keep my flowering plants around 3 foot high including the pot, heres a couple of diagrams I drew to reming myself what my plan is.Well that's the plan anyway, to keep height down by repotting at an angle, I'll see how it goes, heres a pic of the plant after the repotting, as you can see the plant has started upwards with a bit more vigour than hoped for, but I still reckon Ive shaved a foot or so off the overall height so far

Heres a pic of one of the plants Ive repotted at an anglehmm maybe not entirely the desired result but a step in the right direction of keeping the plant lower.

Considered rimming the pot you`ll finish in? I had to train that way with a few stretchy Hazes I grew a while back. You have the same drooping over you have now, but you`re continuously training the new growth around the pot/container bonzai style almost. Keeps a 6ft plant about 3ft tall afterwards. Would`ve posted some reference shots for ya, but they were among those lost on RIU years ago during a `disturbance`. Would work well in your situation though given the photo you attached

Thank you CP, Ive smoked bud from these Trainwrecks mum, and its a good smoke. Northern Lights can be one of the best old school skunk related weeds, sometimes if grown well it will blow your head off, other times its a mellow medium effect, just will have to wait and see how Nirvana,s version of it turns out.
