Best way to stall clones?

Hi, this is my first grow. I know that normally people have a mother plant that they keep in veg and take clones from. However, I only have one grow tent and one LED light with veg and flower modes on it. My understanding is that people usually take the clones during veg, but since I only have one light, I can't put the clones under it because after I take the clones, I'm going to switch the light intensity and schedule to flower for the existing plants. Unfortunately, I don't have enough room for another indoor grow setup (for the time being anyway) with a dedicated veg light / tent. Since it should take around nine weeks to flower, I need to figure out what to do with the clones for those nine weeks. I've read that you can take clones up to the third week of flower, and then bring them back to veg, and also that you can store clones for a few weeks in the fridge. I'm not too concerned with the overall grow speed of the clones, I just want to preserve the genetics so I don't have to keep buying new seeds for every grow. If I took the clones during week three of flower, then put then in the fridge for another two weeks, that still leaves me with four weeks without proper lighting. I have tons of room to put them outside, but it's winter and I'm afraid they might die from the cold (average temp is around 40F - 55F). Would they be ok near a window for four weeks, or possibly under a standard fluorescent house light?

Window light will be fine, just make sure they have some light at night, a CFL on them will work.

Woah.. big wall.

I put them in like solo size pots and keep them under an a19 led bulb worst case.

You could cut a month before they finish and re veg those. Gonna take 3 weeks for them to turn around any way.

Ok, thanks! Sorry for the wall of text, I have a tendency to go into great detail lol. So will they not grow at all or need as much light when they are re-vegging?
