Best time to water?

Running coco. I have a drip setup for my flower tent. Timer feeds everyday at 1:00pm which is the middle of lights on time. Is it better to feed in the morning, or perhaps right before lights out when they're pretty well dry? Does it even matter?

I feed and water before the sun comes up. They have all day to do their thing .

I feed 3 times a day, half hour after lights on, 5 hours later, then an hour and half before lights off...running coco / drip system.
