The flaking started on everyone of them at the stitching holes for the zipper. It's possible the uv was able to penetrate between the layers and release the adhesive.Wonder if the UV is the culprit?
Haven't run the solar cure yet.How many hours a day is it running?
Interesting. I just added a couple UVA bars to my closet last night. UVA isn't as harsh though.Haven't run the solar cure yet.
As far as the clw, run those 30 min at peak of day during flowering after bud set.
During ripening run 30min off 1hr, then 30min for a total of 1 hr.
Anything more and the leaves will burn bad
Nothing to be proud of I just don't see how spending more for a tent I stick in the corner of my garage that I'm not going to move is going to benefit me in any way. Most people set their tents up and leave them. Mine does what I need it to and that's plenty of game for me.Ok be proud and loud!!!!! lolol

But that's crazy if an hour of UVB does that kinda damage.
Didn't work out for meNothing to be proud of I just don't see how spending more for a tent I stick in the corner of my garage that I'm not going to move is going to benefit me in any way. Most people set their tents up and leave them. Mine does what I need it to and that's plenty of game for me.
If the Gorillas have a problem with UVB, I'm sure the cheaper tents definitely do. But that's just a guess.Distance from the canopy and amount of uv could have something to do with it. I have the lights fairly close and have 3 in a 4x4. Trying more coverage and shorter duration
Beats me. I do know uv will turn duct tape to dust after awhile so maybe the culpritIf the Gorillas have a problem with UVB, I'm sure the cheaper tents definitely do. But that's just a guess.
Ya, it also destroys bungee cords. So I'm guessing UVB could totally have something to do with it.Beats me. I do know uv will turn duct tape to dust after awhile so maybe the culprit
I will be running UVA-30 in my Gorilla when I flip to flower on this grow. So here's to seeing if it hurts my tent.Distance from the canopy and amount of uv could have something to do with it. I have the lights fairly close and have 3 in a 4x4. Trying more coverage and shorter duration
Hey I wouldn't worry about it too much. The uva isn't as harsh. Wasn't trying to knock on gorilla just giving feedback.I will be running UVA-30 in my Gorilla when I flip to flower on this grow. So here's to seeing if it hurts my tent.
All is good... I was just shocked. Really shocked to hear of a issue like yours with Gorilla tents. Other than a couple of light leaks where all the zippers meet mines been flawless. I see all the pure China/Amazon tents out by the curb on trash day here and wonder why so many people buy them. It's like they buy them to throw away.Hey I wouldn't worry about it too much. I just acquired a marshydro tent with a light purchase so will be watching if it ever gets used.
We all make mistakesDecided I’m going with
Infinity 6’ T6 duct fan, w controller
infinity carbon filter
infinity 5x5 tent
vivosun vs4000 led light
with some extras total $1028 and saving over $1500 of my initial plan. Thanks for the input
