Ac infinity tents are the shit, thick af and way cheaper. they don’t do the expansion thing though. You will get better prices piecing it together separately. You probably don’t need 9ft ceilings either.

Yeah I’ve already priced the infinity tent and went from spending over 2k down to 1026 with the tax and shipping. Now I just need to decide if I’m going hydro or soil and a drip. That stuff will be from Home Depot or lowes

You could also look on craigslist. If you're in a legal state with cheap weed many have decided to not hassle with growing and just buy from a dispensary.

I just looked here in the Portland area and there's a Gorilla 5x9 for $150.

If your doing hydro, could consider doing drain to waste. I hand water, but you could automate It too. just had to rep my grow style! :eyesmoke:

I like the AC Infinity combo kits. Not as much light as I would like. About 20% down for my liking. And I think they use there lite series of exhaust fans. But over all they look to be on point. But replacing my Gorilla tent would be a hard act to follow. I've seen all the junky tents one time or another like you see on Amazon and they have no game. It's a shame there are no extension kits for the AC Infinity tents.

What do you mean they have no game? I have a Vivosun I bought off of Amazon for $120 4 years ago. I could have spent more than twice as much for a Gorilla but I didn't see any reason to. What does the Gorilla tent provide that mine doesn't? And how would it improve my grow?

I had to go with the gorilla shorty because of my height restrictions. At the time there weren't many other options at the max height I can go so I had to go with the gorilla. It's a good tent and it's very sturdy. The reflective material is better imo and spreads the light better than cheaper tents. Worth the extra $? Not if you're on a budget. If you've got cash flow then who cares

The reflective material is separating from the outer material on every one of the gorilla tents I have. It does it at the zipper around the door after opening and closing for a few months.

Also the threads have pulled loose around the window openings on 2 of them.

I like the design but the material is lacking.

Not gonna replace any of them with another gorilla.

Edit: that silver material will flake off and stick to buds. Thought i was trippin until figured out what the little silver flakes were.

Is it a Gorilla Lite or the standard tent? Mines a standard tent I've had well over 4 years with no issues.
