I’ve ran DJ short, peakseedsbc, calco genetics blueberry syrup, blue moonshine, akbeans vintage blueberry & many clones of “blueberry”.
I found that the vintage blueberry from akbeanbrains to be actually blueberry terps, not weird musty funky bread flavours.
Genotypes were straight up blueberry & some were like the red, green & yellow fruit-by-the-foot.

Have 4 907 blue genes running now from AKBB. I have grown his vintage blueberry which was great and asked him for the strongest BB smells last time I ordered from him and he recommended the 907. Have 4 going now, two outdoor and 2 indoor, will update when flowering begins

IVE HEARD HIS MALES HERM IF STRESSED, BUT NOT THE FEMALES... APPARTLY DJ INTIALLY BRED WITH HERM MALES AND THIS SORT OF EXPLAINS WHY HIS LINES GO SEMI STERILE AND OR COMPLETELY STERILE AFTER A FEW GENS ... IF YOU SELECT FOR MALES THAT ARE FEMINITE - IE RESIN , GOOD SMELLS, MAYBE A FEMALE FLOWER OR TWO, EVENTUALLY THE MALES GO INTO "FEMALE MODE" AFTER A FEW GENS AND THAT MEANS NO WORKING POLLEN AFTER A FEW GENS... HONESTLY I THINK THE SAME THING WILL HAPPEN WITH HUMANS IF WE AREN'T CAREFUL...

I have to agree with sour chunks, I ran the Ak bean brains blueberry muffin x vintage blueberry, and a bunch of other blueberry strains too, Ak bean brains for the win, straight blueberry fire in those packs people, highly recommended, soooo gooood!

Blue bonnet f4 from Texas kid. Riot used a male of that strain and had good luck with it. Not a riot fan but am a Texas kid fan. The opt in the blueberry is what causes everyone fits. Lived in Oregon for years and only found one cut we called the menthol cut that was any good, even cuts they passed around were weak and worn out, like the shishka too. Grew short and stout, had a slate grey look to it and smoked like a freight train tasted like blueberry vicks.

So seems like the consensus is AK beans. Too bad I didn't get some of his beans to run in my berry terp search. Oh well have to make due with what I got

I don't believe he does at all. He has reversed a Durban onto some plants but never played with the resulting seeds.. He was of the opinion that it's not helping the genetics in his potcast interview.
