Who has best blueberry strain? Not DJ Short's version.

i have 4 hso bb muffin girls started. i hope there is something decent in there. the 3 bb cupcakes i finished arent good at all. sickening smell of some sort but not what i call blue berry at all. zero high also!

Yeah there different.. Theres actually different versions of BBM also .. I believe Humbolts is Razzleberry x Purple Panty Dropper.. The version I currently have is an Old Blueberry x Purple Panty Dropper and in my opinion its the best BBM I ve ever seen . The high is very similar to the old BB thats why I like it so much ..
 
Im running southpaw kush from secondgenerationgenetics, I did not know its half dj shorts cocoa kush(blueberry)...

Anyhow I got a bunch of blueberry crap running, thought I bought resin dumpers wtf..... I have a nice one, reeks of blueberry cocoa terps
Cocoa kush doesnt sound like blueberry....
 
Honestly; if you're craving the blueberry terps that sweet blueberry flavor; look no further than the often imitated and universally hated on strain.....Blue Dream.

Just sweet blueberry and haze the entire smoke.....great looking....better smelling.....big frosty nugs....that smoke great... it's not gonna make you trip balls or ruin your day or make you sleep.....but it will give you just enough energy and body relief to get through the work day.

Screw the haters this is a classic that does exactly as intended - smoke great and have effects even a beginner can enjoy....but even a seasoned veteran like myself can still enjoy too.. .not every strain needs to lock you to the couch or have you peaking out the window to see if anyone's coming for you lol

Blue dream gets me fried, I think the hate was undeserved. It got really flooded with blue dream for a while but it seems to be making a comeback. It's better than a lot of the modern cookie hybrids imo. I just can't get past the fact that it smells like a urinal cake to me :lol:

Honestly being on the east coast in the NYC area....I remember when it first came around; even the nicer versions didn't have the sweet blueberry flavor......idk why but all the blue dream out here was missing the blueberry lol.....and we had piff so didn't really mess with the super silver haze as much out here either at the time.....so it basically was a worse tasting; not as potent super silver haze when it came around here I think around 07 or so... .ppl either loved it or didn't like it at all.....I remember I didn't like it because there was no blueberry terps and the haze high was severely toned down lol.....years later it's very sweet blueberry tasting with a haze flavor too....and slightly more energetic than I remember but can also easily chill on a couch.....a good mix of both parents....in flavor and effects.....effects leaning towards the haze more but the blueberry is present.....it's a nice delightful change from what's popular today.
 
BD has a pretty big harvest window, probably anywhere between 9-11 weeks and can taste different and have different effects depending on that. But it always kinda has a urinal cake smell to my nose
 
907 bluegenes from akbeanbrains. I've run about 3 or 4 packs and found several keepers. Also ran the phk x vbb and it was great. I've been very happy with everything I've gotten from him.

but its just a big old skunk#1 type with a lot of BB sweetness. Not real frosty nor dense. It yields well tho.

I second the blue dream notion. If you get the real cut it tastes like blueberries. I've grown it a few times, really nice plant. I think it gets undeserved hate. BD is my wife's favorite strain. If I could find clones, or seeds I'd grow it again myself.

I agree! I used to smoke a lot of Blue Dream. It is still one of my favorites. I think DNA genetics sells a decent one.
