Besides smoking, how do you deal with stress?

I understand accepting it would be hard, but try to accept it.

Go out and do some exercise. And meditate daily, with or without music.

In the initial stage, it will be hard too, but it will help you to gain confidence.

You are the only one who can help you find a new job.

Did yours subside? I'm doing some research on the subject In relation to copper/metal concentrations, interesting how it disappears in the er departments then comes back.
I don't get it anymore. But my habits are much improved from before.

With specific studies related to cannbis lacking (feds illigalization fault) we have to look to studies done regarding tobacco and middle east hooka studies. As well related to hyperemesis in morning sickness. Welding vapors on copper or alloys containing it can even cause death but extreme temps aren't needed when particles are so small in leaf tissue.

On a side note from hooka studies centering on heavy metals it also dispelled myth that water pipes filter heavy metal combustion, it was negligible reduction. We don't suppliment vitamins or micros via smoke it's done via eating where to much of a good thing (copper ect necesarry) is simply expelled via urine. One study conducted on tobacco smokers found 0 copper in urine, and varried between men and women in concentration. One might think great, but it's opposite.

Tobacco generally takes up about 15% of copper available thus it stacks up in soil something organic farmers should consider as well. Anyrate the copper concentration known in tobacco when smoked goes into tissue and brain and ineffectively pass into urine. Old saying taking to many vitamins makes for expensive urine. Gotta run will post more today

Someone thought it a good idea to market vitamins in vape pens, a death occurred. When there is to much copper or other heavy metals that cannabis loves mainlining into people's brains it has signaling consequences.

Smoking weed bad? No but bud enhancers, top dressing products that are licenced only for ornamental plants, vitamin boosters ect.. I don't use them and sadly with push for yields, yealds, beautiful photography, well I've coined ornamental cannabis, but I don't smoke it, I smoke weed that I know the concentration of heavies which is nill.

I'm doing a project and others can too of lab testing products from dispensaries with baseline data to publish, A/B comparisons. Can't speak for other states but here in Arizona copper isn't even tested or pesticides.

My birthday is coming up this Wednesday sep 7 today I cashed my check and lost my wallet with all my cash in it... it's not a good birthday because my first and only baby was born almost a year ago a few weeks after my birthday (she was born sep 23) she had a condition the doctors didn't catch and even tho she fought hard she passed on October 5th at 12 days old. Def gonna be my most sour and saddest birthday don't plan on celebrating but now I'm at a all time low my baby momma and I split up about 3 months ago from the depression and stress. I'm not asking for anything or fishing for donations (I don't have a bank account or any cash apps) I just want some advice on how to not feel like the world is crushing me.. been about 15 years since I had any new clothes just hand me downs and used shoes. Lost my job when I would go to all the doctor appointments and it's been hard to get on my feet again... I just need some advice or kind words to lift me up... I realize this isn't the correct place but this isnthe only place I visit as far as forums.

Again I'm not asking for ANYTHING just words of wisdom to guide me back to stable ground... I never felt this lonely and can't talk to my family because I don't wanna burden them anymore

I hope everyone is doing well and is having a good summer and or year ❤
I'm going to have so much to say about this post at a different time, probably a week or two, You Are Not Alone...you are going to be fine, just keep on struggling, it'll be worth it. I am certainly not a religious person but God _will_ reward you for your struggle
