Sorry my post sounded somewhat rude but if this guy is in charge of making all the decisions It's highly unlikely that he'll make any changes based on anything you might learn online. If this is your own grow maybe it's time you left the nest and learned to fly on your own. You'll never get better at growing until you start being the one making the decisions. From what it sounds like you're not a grower just an assistant.

Also, you say 12 - 14 weeks to harvest. It sounds like you're flowering small plants and harvesting them too early.
It's fine many thanks for your reply, you have hit the nail on the head iam no more than an assistant and as I mentioned I do not really know much at all about growing etc, obviously I cannot divulge into the agreement we have but I will certainly take on board you advice with regards to the time periods cheers

Hi OK iam hoping this extra info might help a bit with regards to the timing of the stages of my last crops
Could it possibly be you're harvesting to quickly? Doing the math, you've done 7 grows in 24 months.mthats an average of 3.4 months, or 13.6 weeks per grow. Assuming you veg for 8 weeks that only leaves about 5 weeks for flowering. 6 week veg leaves 7 weeks for flower. Seems pretty quick.
Hi the clones I get are already about 3 weeks old if you take this into account then I suppose from start to finish is more likely to be around 15 to 17 cheers
