Don't be in a rush to give them nutes. They are young and don't need much but what is in the soil. Transplant when they fill their pots. What happens above, is true below. If you were turn your plant upside down, would the plant itself fill the pot? If yes, transplant, if no, wait. This will give you a good base to work from when figuring if you need to transplant. I start in solo cups, then the 1 quart (or 1.5 i can't remember), and finally into 3 gallon pots. I always figure on 1 gallon = 1 month of life. Our plants a rarely alive for more than 3 months, so I tuned back my pots and only run 3 gal. for the final pot.
