yea, give it a small dose and see how it goes, U may be able to feed half strength depending on how old the plant is now. its always best to under-feed than over-feed tho. simply bcuz under-feeding is easier to correct than over-feeding.
make sure the pH is good too or else itll lock the nutes out. and remember to flush/ res change every 1-2 weeks.
far as the scrog-
when the plant reaches the screen u just move it where U want it to go. and let the plant do the rest
