Bacon Shortage

what's it like to be a living stereotype? you are the TYPICAL disdainful European looking down their crooked nose over a mouth full of yellow crooked English teeth at your "backwards cousins across the pond."....
You're so wrong on all counts. You seem to be a real hater. In fact I think I will put you on ignore... First, I'm not a European. Secondly, my teeth are in great condition thanks to Mexican dentistry. (It's in the USA, especially the south, where you see people with no teeth in their mouth). Third, I am not 'across the pond', which suits me just fine.

That reminds me 10 boxes .270 ….. thanks Jim ;).
Yea, .270 Winchester is a great bullet/rifle
I have a Leupold 8X scope & at 500 yds with a 150 grain round, it's adios motherfucker, whether it be a deer, or a bear or a Trump supporter infused with rage.
I'll eat and savor the meat from those 1st two creatures, the deer & the bear (bear is good in a stew/thats about it) (anyone want recipes, PM me)
The last one, I'd feed to my dogs/cats :)

Close in I like these :)

In the UK we get back bacon and streaky bacon, unsmoked or smoked.

Back bacon is less fatty than streaky bacon, as it is mostly from the loin of the pig with just a little from the belly. Whereas streaky bacon comes entirely from the belly and has layers of fat running through it.

I love it all.
This tinned stuff is great too. I can stockpile these.

Talking about greasy fat food what about an Ulster Fry?, all fryed breakfast?
As Long as I can have Heinz baked beans with it!

Yup it is a great gun, don’t use it much around here as shots are typically under 100 for dear. It’s an Alberta gun. I use my 30-30 and over under 20 for deer mostly. The knife is a beast lol.

Here's an American chap who took the challenge and ate the lot in 10 mins
he ate four pieces of soda bread, four pieces of potato bread, four pancakes, four sausages, four rashers of bacon, three eggs, three pieces of toast, two hash brown, two black puddings, tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms and chips

Yea, the Bowie is very cool for slicing & dicing.
But, my favorite medium/short sword (which is what the Bowie is) is this one, the Roman Gladius.
It conquered the World

But me being Irish, this is what I would chose to use in battle :)

But, in reality, if/when I was/am stranded on a desert island, give me this, the Colt 1911 .45 Auto Hand Gun.
Nothing has, or will beat it for durability & effectiveness.
(fuck Glock/Sig Sauer/Beretta & 9mm in general)
