Back Ground Checks and Future Land Lordzzz

Evening RIU.

Was curious if any of our members have any knowledge in this.

What do they look for?Convictions?Warrants?

I know or at least believe they check for child molesters....which is cool,i feel it's a must in today's wonderful world.

Haven't had any dealings with our wonderful "Peace Officers" in years,like 10-11.Am i in the clear with a background check?

I got alot of shit on my bg and never had a problem with renting anywhere u should be good unless ur a chomoe ( child molester)

i had a credit check when i signed my lease, which i 'failed' as i don't have any credit.... yet...

i needed a cosigner....:S
