Did you read about Big Devils, in particular, as prone to having mold? I hope not. I've got one growing outdoors at day 37 right now. And just germinated another one. I wouldn't remove any of your leaves. Unless someone has a good reason to the contrary.Guys, just an outdoor Big Devil AF question someone might want to answer.. Should i clear out big leaves to free up the buds? They are in day 50. I am asking 'cause i read about mould in a Big Devil. Help app.

Maybe this is a good reason to think about chopping the occasional fan leaf on autos: There's not many fan leaves to begin with. Maybe there is some sense to getting rid of them a few weeks (maybe sooner) before harvest to allow for more light on the lower buds. This would generally only apply to outdoor growers. I doubt those 2 or 3 fan leaves and they're combined responsibility for providing growth to the buds would matter. Not that it wouldn't matter at all. I think it could be a good trade-off between the increase in bud production from exposure to sun, as opposed to less sun exposure and a couple of additional fan leaves?
Maybe I'm talking myself into hacking off some of my fan leaves.
In any event, I don't see how some fan leaves would be the cause of mold in an autoflower.
