Autoflower Easy Ryder Grow Journal - PC Grow

I agree I can't wait for my own I ain't smoking any ATM eithier rather put the money into my grow. How flimsy you say it was? Enough to support a CFL?
 
Oh yea for sure! even that big one.. if you look at my pics i used some wood to strengthen the sides and to attach it all together... pretty happy with it all together...

Yea i know what you mean... rather put that score in to making my setup better... ea rly days yet tho... my housemate aint too happy about it... he just dont want the place stinking of ganj, otherwise he wont have a problem with it! It's actually quite funny cos he's actually taken a bit of an interest in it!
 
:eyesmoke:Hi there,iam doing low ryders under a 125w cfl at the mo and i can report that everthing is going fine,these pics show mine just over 2 weeks old.will post somemore next week,iam taking pics once aweek as its good to look back and see have much they grow over a week.good luck with it.just like to add as well ,that the photo in the middle is after they were repotted later that day.used a good peat which brought the PH down to 6.5.watering just with water as i think the peat wil have enough init with out having to feed them for a few weeks

People are funny. No one knows apart from my grow partner at uni and of course RIU :)
I am going to get on my laptop soon and do bit material pricing and measuring. Want a pic of set up in the wardrobe ATM? ATM?

Hey man,

DO you think that CFL will be enough for all them plants through the entire cycle? Just I have the same light :) and thought I would only be able to do 2 under it entire cycle...
 
Update

Well I pretty much come to the conclusion I want a grow tent. I have 2 options. Try squeeze it into my wardrobe (which can be done) but takes up approx half the space in there. Or tell my nan can I put it in one of her spare rooms and just not tell her what I am growing... Both options have pros and cons. My nan lives about 10 mins/ 15 mins walk from my house so can still could on them every other day. But I like the idea of having it close by. We will see when I have some money. Found a decent one for £45 on ebay brand new.

Right now temps stay in steady 73-77F which perfect. Humidit a steady 30-35%.
Going to re pot today to try and increase growth as I have plenty more room now.
 
Yeah thats what I thought. Think Ill stick to it in my cupboard plus I can keep a closer on the variables and take action quickly if needed.
 
UPDATE

Both Alice & Alexandra are in new bigger pots. Temps drop to 69/70 lowest at night and go up to 82max daytime. Sits around 75-79F. Humidity steady 40-45%. I have both 12w 6400k Air cleaning bulbs hooked up now along with the 125w 2700k normal CFL grow light. Is this going to be enough for both plants? I really am starting to wonder.... Ideas? I dont want to keep laying out more and more money. O and Alice has showed sex :)
 
ey man looks sick. had you left it in the PC and trained them to grow down how much yield you think you would have gotten? post some pics of the closet site. looks like a cool little project.
 
Errrr 5-10 grams? because my light is huge and the case was small so wasn't suitable...got way too hot. What sort of pic do you want to see?
 
Your humitdity around and up to 30% i think. I would try and get a couple of more lights in there. Not enough lumens i can see that for sure. If you look at my cabinet that is just for my seedlings and clones until they are ready for flowering, there is more then enough light for all of them with the six bulbs i have installed. Just make sure your your new bulbs are 2700k and the highest Watts you can get with those kelvins try putting two more and see how much it helps.

hey on the same note that big cfl u have the one in the middle looks like a 125w dual . how have u hung this in ur box did have u spended it just using the power cable. or have u got it held some otherway. i have the same or a very simular light and im not sure how im going to mount it. i cant use a reflector and i wanted suspened the same a u. im not sure if this would put to much weight on the cable. i dont want it it to fall down into the plants or break the wire.
 
In my pc box? I had it strung up to the top of the case and some gaffa tape. Got too hot so my grow has been moved the the wardrobe. The 125w is not a dual. Just a 2700k. In my wardrobe I literally have it hanging over my rail by the E40 hanger lead. It can hold it easy, its heavy but not that heavy. Have you ever used a dual? They any good? Its to just get me by for now.

:joint:HI THERE,WELL I DONT SEE WHY NOT AS I THEY WONT BE GROWING THAT BIG ANYWAY,AS LONG AS YOU KEEP ROTATING THEM IN A CLOCKWISE OR ANTICOCKWISE EVERY PLANT GETS A GOOD DOSE OF LUMENS.THIS IS MY FIRST SERIOUS GROW IN A ROOM,DONE OUTDOORS ONLY UP TO KNOW.WILL POST MORE PHOTOS TOMOZ,THEY WOULD OF JUST STARTED THERE 4TH WEEK
