2nd Edit: Hey Jzs...its no where near finished so i cant comment on how long it took to build, i do a bit here and there (every night after work), i guess it took me and Sittin 3hrs to cut the sheet on one weekend, and then it took me about 4hrs to screw it together on another weekend, i by NO means am cabinet-maker so i may of done things the hard way, but A: its together and B: it works....

hey man nah looks awsome

good idea how you got the boards overlapping on the sides if ya get what i mean i like that should be good if ya trying to make it air tight.

ok so here is my idea for a veg cabinet

this is the inside of an old fridge i wanted the whole fridge but my mate built a ferret cage out of it done a bloody good job to so this is what im left with just gonna chuck a bit of black plastic over the front i recon comes with its own humidity crib haha the old veggie crisper

just gotta give it a clean an im gonna chuck some cfl's in there an get some seeds going for my next grow or clones but im not expert at cloning.
nothing fancy i know but it's cheap im hoping just to buy 2 tents an be done with it for my next grow but for now this will do
waiting a month to go into flower sucks so this should cut the time down.
so seeds if all else fails

OK, I used the normal seasol when I transplanted, I havn't tried the seasol powerfeed. Do you use just that from start to finish?? Im looking for something thats organic and can take me through the whole grow without having to add other stuff if thats possible. I also have plenty of chicken poo handy and will be making some tea with it for my normal garden so I wonder how that will work.

Hey guys, this is a change of topic, but it's born of my frustration and nothing more.

I've ordered seeds on 3 separate occasions from seedmadness (twice) and seedsman and I've never received my goods. I've waited the requisite 28 days before making my complaint and asking for money back or having the goods re-sent on all occasions. Both companies have been lovely to deal with, so my issue isn't with them. Simply put, our Gestapo-like customs agents must be cutting them off before they get to me. I know some of you guys on the East coast have no problems getting material (someimes in less than 10 days!) so I'm thinking it's stuff coming into WA that is getting blocked, notwithstanding stealthy packaging.

I'm literally at my wit's end! Unlike some of you guys I don't have any close friends (or aquaintences for that matter) who have grows going on at the moment, so I can't hit them up for a clone or two, and noone I know has any seeds! How the fuck can I get my grow on if I can't get any planting material???

I'd be happy with dodgy bushy bag seed at this point, or even seeds from munted hermies, lol!

If any of you guys have any seeds lying around, I'd be welcome to take 'em off your hands. You could just fire them off to me with no return address, so I wouldn't even know where they came from -- I'd just PM you my address. Obviously, if you know the genetic heritage of the seeds, that'd be awesome, but as I said, I really don't care at this point. Indica's would be better for my indoor grow plan, but I really don't mind.

I know it's a weird thing to ask, and probably sounds dodge, but honestly, I just want to get a grow happening. What other options do I have but buy all the pot I can and tear it to pieces in search of seeds? Or continue spending quids and/or euros on exhorbitantly priced seeds that never arrive? both expensive options.

Please help folks!!!

Try some kc brains from either herbiesheadshop or Dope-seeds cheap as chips and always deliver in 3 days or less for me (east coast) I reccomend the kc33 as does ed rosenthal.

Thanks for the suggestions, folks. A couple of kind folk have PMed me with some possible solutions. I'm so appreciative, and I'm kicking myself I didn't ask on this forum sooner.

Hey guys, just wandering if anyone knows what would cause deformed leaves. I have a normal range of leaves with both 5 and 7 points, however I also have a stem that has grown 2 large leaves rather than 1, it looks weird, and its not 2 complete leaves, it has a total of 9 points.
Then I noticed another leaf that had 8 points, and then another whose middle point is really short compared to the others, but otherwise healthy looking. I can take some pics tomorrow, but thought I would at least describe it for now, and hope someone can tell me what it might be.

Oh and skiz, what are you using to get roots on your clones so quick??

cant help with the leaf issue sorry ozgirl....i usually run to Ninja or Lacey for such issues lol

As for the cloner, just a bubble cloner :)

1. Went to bunnings and got myself a 15L (i think thats the size...) handy pal and covered in foil to reflect light.
2. went to clark rubber and got myself a small offcut of foam rubber
3. cut out holes in the lid of the bucket about 80mm in diam.
4. Cut the foam rubber at the equiv size and make a small slit from one side to the middle so u can "open" it up.
5. filled the bucket with water and 2 packets of clonex rooting power.
6. added some WEAK nutrient solution
7. put in a 30cm flexi air stone and attached both ends to a 400L/hr air pump
8. took cuttings as usual and put them in the foam rubber discs
9. let the bubbles make sexy root porn
10. boast about results to others
