I still use same method I learned 20yrs ago on the internet.... very damp but not soaking paper towels in unclosed plastic bags (I like the real cheap thin freezer bags for this) and in a place 25-28c... the only troubles I've ever had were letting them get too hot (I killed 3 of my 5 Bro Grimm C99 seeds in 2002 that way, heartbreaking... but of the two left one was a spectacular female I still miss to this day)... or letting the paper towels dry out too much.... or letting them stay too long in there.

I'd say my germ success is 90% for decent genetics that aren't too old.

take the cap off the spray bottle and water arround the outside it soaks into the centre, or better still empty coke bottle

As bursto said prop it up i would just scrap the soil up round the entire stem bit of a mound shape to support it or cple tooth piks eiter side to help it stand up then just use spray bottle to mist it or water round oustside of it but let it dry out before watering again..

Wen mine were youngin still in jiffy pellets id mist them a few times a day once i put them in pots i only gave em a light watrin probs 2inch ring around them with coke bottle but a drilled a hole in the lid so i could control the water flow better as they got bigger i added more hole to lid but sticking with waterin round the edges. Once big enough i would flood the pot an give them a cple days for the plant to use up all the water then repeat as they needed it.
Feels like i been banging on for abit an ya have probs got it sorted by now but thought id put me 2 cents in

no only on the side it needs it

as he still spraying

if he goes arround sometimes it gets root rot if ya go all arround

especally as he said before sprouted em in soil

just half, problem solved keep an eye on it

he can go all around later when its bigger

have some respect, for it ,,,,,,,,,,it just flew round the flipping world to ya, and hes chucking buckets of water on it
