This was one of my favourite episodes
Yeah, but they were a 4-piece at that stage. I've got autographs from all of them in my leather jacket.

Ooer! Did I forget to mention that I met the members of Deep Purple? I saw them 3 days in a row in their 1984 tour.

Apart from Ritchie Blackmore, who was an unmitigated CUNT that refused to leave the bar of the hotel to meet with his fans, they were all great.

Roger Glover was lovely & an absolute gentleman (even 'though he's a stinking hippy).

Ian Gillan remembered meeting me after a gig in 1982 & wrote "Lend us a quid or I'll rip yer spine out" in my book of "THANKS"

Ian Paice chuckled when I said "You're a left-hander & work one day a week for the devil"

The best conversation I had was with Jon Lord.

Each night, he played a different solo. On the last night, he played part of Rodrigo's Concerto de Aranjuez during his solo & I told him that it felt as if he was playing it 'specially for me.

He absolutely beamed at me that I knew this classical piece!!!

Those prices are wild !!!! Does it come with any test results like for nutrients and biology?
Yeah I can get if for $35 a bag, so $17.50 a grow no ph or nute required.
I am not sure mate I will ask for you and if I’m been honest even if it had biology info I wouldn’t know what I’m looking at.
I’ve seen/smoked the buds this stuff produce’s and the proof is in the pudding.

$35 sounds like the right price

Is this really able to go full cycle without added nutrients though??
Without an analysis you're only guessing but I'd say you could but you wouldn't be getting the best quality or yield out of your plants. Water only soils in my opinion are just as much a gimmick as the bottled nutrients they are always banging on about, why deprive a plant of the shit it needs just because it comes in a bottle? Another thing all the organic fanatics either don't mention or don't even realise themselves is the amount of heavy metals and contaminants in a lot of their inputs which is another reason you should always ask to see test results of composts or planting mixes before you buy them

Well I know a bloke who finished a grow no drama’s his next one will start in a week or 2. He just just added a new bag to the 6 he already had he thinks that will be enough to replace what good stuff got lost. He has let it sit for 2 weeks for the bacteria and all the good stuff to grow in a soil tumbler

There's no way you can have enough K to fully hit you potential in a soil at the start of a cycle that won't prevent the proper uptake of other nutrients most importantly calcium, properly timed top dress may be able to do it but you'd have to be monitoring leaf sap which I don't know of anyone doing on there home grows

wouldn't the "it lasts a grow" be determined by both the veg and flowering times? Sooner or later you would think the relevant nutes and amendments would run out, hence top dressing seems to be popular with the organic crowed.

Depends on who you ask, the dudes selling it will tell you to buy one of their top dress kits, an agronomist will tell you to get a soil test done.

Buds are a better quality then nutes but he yields 2p of coco and he got 1.5p. He said if your about quality not quantity this is the stuff. I’m no expert but this bloke has a shop so he knows his shit and been to uni has a degree. Bit of a weed nerd (nothing wrong with that) you would probably like how he talks about it in a scientific way, goes over my head though lol

I think that there wouldn't be any "quality" differences between using bottled nutes and a water only mix. I do agree that different environments and additives will effect taste and flavour.
