Just been reading the last few pages, you guys have been busy, nice. Regarding choosing a mother out of a batch I find it very difficult. It usually takes me up to a year to decide if I want to keep something, it takes that many tries to see how she performs under my best and worst management as well as how potent she really is, how quick I build a tolerance, what kind of buzz she consistently gives me, etc.
'ome I've had a few fems that hold out til the very last second before showing hairs. Like when I have the machete out and a bin bag in hand one little white hair unfurls and saves the bitch. I hate waiting to see because escaped pollen anywhere near my place will usually amount to me choking on a seed in my cone like 6 months later. Yeah I hate the waiting.

nice...well, I am still very hopeful. It will be such a good feeling being able to smoke my own 'ome grown in stead of having to deal with this harsh as hay bs. And even if it turns out to be male, I still have learnt how to use a camera now and my mate is growing so I can have some of his stash

That looks nice...

However, what drew me to the bubble bags was the ability to grade the hash to a finer degree. I'm a quality over quantity guy...were I wanting to sell hash, then I would be running it like in the video.

yeah i generally allways spot my male plants 2 weeks b4 the females.males grow balls really quick even in "Veg" there just very small. easy to spot if u no wat to look for.

Ryan- your mate says to clone the re-vegd plant because the re-veg itself is more susceptible to pest and disease, ime this is true.
Other things I've noticed in subsequent clone generations of a seed plant is a change in trichome production, not necessarily amount, but type of tric and how it's spread over the calyxes, ive noticed changes in aroma, strength of aroma, Leaf size and shape.
Like miyagi says it takes a long time to see if a plant is a true keeper it's not just the plant that changes but your own preference, mental state etc. Some shit just stands the test and you keep reaching for it.

Just moved a cool tube into the slittle ScrOG tent, what A.C.U.N.T act! Had to though coz its been hot, hot, hot! Starting to feel like an Aussie Christmas 'round here, sweaty sacks and cracks all 'round.

ive lost two orders now, from o/s i'll be looking for something new soon, i think i got one seed left, from last year


hey ya know what would be cool, if a bunch of closet growers got together to grow one or two strains each, just for seeds, then, put all the seeds/strains (that most people want), up for sale like a weed bay site, but down under,

yeah myagi im feeling the heat. also i know your pain on installing that light. i just installed my carbon filter a little bit ago. hanging a 250mm x 1m long carbon filter(heavy) over a plant that is taller than i am and 1m x1m in a scrog so it couldnt be moved.... all by myself it was near impossible i thought i was going to drop it and crush my plant for sre but after much pain and nearly falling off my step ladder and breaking my neck 3 times i finally got it in. note to self. make sure grow rooms are complete before starting a scrog
