I have thoroughly read the med tek article and it’s how I’ve set up my space.

When the lights are on, external air travels through the cool tube, while the tent is sealed. Then when the lights turn off, fresh air is forced into the tent and pulled through a carbon filter within the tent. These are controlled by a/c zone dampers. I got the idea from the above article.

There is a wealth of knowledge out there these days. A lot more than 10 years ago!
Sounds good mate, you got any pics of your setup?

Not really. Fairly easy to make a humidifier that you don’t have to place inside a tent and take away grow space. Hook it up to a humidity controller. Just a smaller version of one like this and run the hose into the tent behind your fan.

Can you explain the concept? It’s hard to “see” it working in photos. What’s the device in the res?

Bit of a mission alright! Hope you’ve got a strong forearm!!?
And I’m hearing ya with the hand watering. I have to mix nutes into every watering too! Most I’ve had to hand water in a day was 400 litres!! Much easier now the days are getting cooler....

Haha yea will have by the end of the season carry that waterin can everywhere an sprayin the girls all the bloody time.. I mix the nutes into the 9l wtrn can do that 2 times each plant an it fuckin sucks. Run the hose onto them wen givin plain water..
Thought about mixin me nutes in a big tub then pumpin it out threw a hose onto thwm but haven got anythin spare layin round.

Lookin back at ya plants that were under the greenhouse an spotted the inline fan an ductin, do you run that for air flow round the plants?

Yea big job jimy!
I thought the same thing and bought a submersible pump and grabbed a length of hose from work haha. Tested it out today in a 50 litre container. Worked great until it got down to the last 20 litres then started sucking air. Had to hand water that last 20 litres anyway! Might have to get a bigger container!?

And yea, exactly jimy. Keeps humidity down too. It becomes a hot box in there otherwise.
I’ve got a German made 2 stage exhaust fan that moves I think 570m3 of air, draws 48 watts and is super quiet. I’ve also used my insulated ducting, Can’t hear fan from about 3m away from greenhouse!
I’ve also got a carbon filter attached to minimise smell.
Works awesome.
