I had a quick perusal. Its a nice sales pitch with the for and against argument already set up but missing points that will be brought up when the bill goes to parliament i spose.
If its what you want then GL to it.

It's not necessarily what I want, or what a lot of people want, but personally the big thing for me is to be able to grow without looking over my shoulder and all the paranoia that comes with it.

My argument would be that gangs would have little profit in a weed black market and encourage pushing the hard shit more, whether that would be successful for them I don't know, but the result would be more hard shit in our country.

It's definitely here, but I wouldn't say out of control. You still pretty much have to search for that kind of trouble.
Selling a pound or whatever every blue moon, nobody really cares.
