Fuck it I’ll take pics of the root ball there’s no point In uppotting just means more media that’s ever gunna be over wet or bone dry like I can’t seem to water these properly how am I in a bigger pot idk why this shit is still so hard lol

Just uppot and water in and leave it be till it says its thirsty, not really an issue just a learning curve that's hard to get our brains around but it's pretty simple. Use 1/2 strength seaweed to water in.

Like Ruby said you need to add perlite, I use up to 50% with Coco in winter about 25-30% in summer

Atm I’m only using the base and the humiboosta from Hygen may use canna next as that would prob be simple and is probably a better product

Your problem is overwatering and even perlite wont help if you cant let it dry up between waterings, let the plant tell you when its thirsty wont hurt it and it works.
The leaves will drop a bit and it's time to water
