It’s a tough call but I’d ere on the side of caution in case they have u under surveillance. Only advice bro is get a good beak they can make a big difference. It’s a fair whack but it’s not an outrageous number just stay strong and let the cunts think they’ve broken you

Not sure where u are but in NSW under the enhanced cultivation lawanything over 50 is deemed commercial under 50 can still be commercial but has to be proven. I’d say if you have no priors your a pretty good chance of a suspended sentence. I’ll cross me fingers for you bro

So I had the worst case scenario happen today, working away in the garage just had a dab 2 mins later I’m greeted by 5 D’s and a search warrant for my place....36plants confiscated, all my seeds, dab rig, some pills I had stashed for a rainy day. I was out of the game but wasn’t in the clear they took my car, some items, and cash.
I’m so fucking pissed with myself, this season was looking so fucking good, fuck my life, o well, at least I got bail...for now

It’s a tough one it already going to look odd that you got bail but the others didn’t,I don’t know any details and am not accusing you of anything but I’m sure there will be people other than law enforcement that will be keeping an eye on you so be careful. If I were you I’d lay low and let your self process it all for a day or two in that time your lawyer should have been able to have a look over any paperwork and can give you a bit better clue of what he thinks your looking at

There is never a good reason to talk in your first interviews cops know how and when to crank up the pressure and when you have just been picked up is the number one time they do it any decent lawyer will never let you answer a question in the initial interviews other than name D.O.B and address,your not legally obligated to answer anything other than that
