with all this bad stuff with customs and shipping was worried to place order.ordered on oct 10,received package today 0ct 18,went thru ny.have been ordering from them for 4 years and have yet to have problem.

Glad to see your beans got through. My first three orders went smooth however, On my fourth purchase (all 4 with gurantee shiping) from attitude, LA customs snagged it and the reorder, attitude refunded my $$ instead of trying a third time. Their customer service was prompt on replying allowing for time zone differances and my $$ was back in my account (minus shipping fee) 2 days after they said they would refund me.

On the LA customs - I ordered during the Sept. promo and ups website showed my package arrive in LA after a few days where it stayed for almost a month it was finally delivered with signature required for delivery. It had the customs green tape and my T-shirt with the seizur letter. I scanned a copy and emailed it to attitude, they sent out another order and it arrived just short of two weeks in a small box with green tape and another letter. I scanned it contacted attitude via email asking if they wanted to try a third time or issue a refund that I was ok with either.
Had an identical experience with the LA ISC...First Tude order snagged (11 days @ ISC) got the tee shirt and letter. Reship snagged again (2 days @ ISC) got the soapbox and the letter. They were willing to try a 3rd time but I opted for a refund instead...been over 2 years with no problems until recently. Have received orders from NY, Chicago, and LA before this happened....figure I'm in the "database" now...damm shame.

So far this year only 1 out of 4 orders from Attitude have made it through LA Customs so I switched to a better company, Herbies. LA used to be good and now they are getting more and more like Chicago. Soon all these NY people will be complaining once customs trains them like the others.

Did you use "stealth" shipping with a mug or shirt? Or did you let them go through normally? Customs snagged two of my orders last week. One was a mug, the other a shirt.
A lot of people are saying if you take the mug and/or t-shirt method, they are getting snagged.

My latest order from Attitude arrived yesterday, 8 days after I ordered it. I'm in the Seattle area, so it went through customs in SF. No problems, they have stepped up their stealth shipping game: Handwritten labels, different return address. I ordered "guaranteed stealth" delivery with no merchandise. However, my buddy in Wisconsin had his last order confiscated (about a month ago), and his went through Chicago customs. It would seem Chicago is the toughest place to get through.

I had my second order from the Tude seized last week. Since the Headband 818 seeds were out of stock I just asked for a refund. I have the Black Friday order sitting in LA, hoping it makes it here. I had placed three other orders with Attitude over the past 2 years and they were delivered, but since this September Customs has really been a PITA.

yeah I think im done with Attitude I like them cs has always been solid but customs is on to the addy they use or the packaging or something and they wont adapt so until they do i'll have to pass but they have been solid with reshipping and refunding me.

Force them adapt by refusing refunds. Make them start to lose money and I promise you they will change their tune. That's how all businesses work, you hit em in their wallets and they fold. Simple economics really.

my first time ordering from the tude or anywhere else always had clones but had to start over now my packages been sitting in Chicago since 11 hopefully something will change on Monday
I've also used attitude 4 times. The first three came in breader's packs fast no problem. That was early 2012. My fourth order was placed Dec 23 2013 with T-shirt. It went through Chicago, I got the shirt retaped with no seeds or letter. Attitude resent super stealth but the package set in customs for 12 days then went out and 3 days later here it is. Breader's packs aren't making it through Chicago. Great customer service.
