with all this bad stuff with customs and shipping was worried to place order.ordered on oct 10,received package today 0ct 18,went thru ny.have been ordering from them for 4 years and have yet to have problem.
Force them adapt by refusing refunds. Make them start to lose money and I promise you they will change their tune. That's how all businesses work, you hit em in their wallets and they fold. Simple economics really.yeah I think im done with Attitude I like them cs has always been solid but customs is on to the addy they use or the packaging or something and they wont adapt so until they do i'll have to pass but they have been solid with reshipping and refunding me.
