Attic Grow Room Help.

I want to set up a small grow room in the attic, but i can't mess with anything up there like the pipes and what-not. Any ideas on how to get my attic in proper growing conditions, so it's not too hot? I can bring up fans and lights, but can you post pics on small easy to make growing rooms in the attic that don't require too much construction?
