im making this into a bitching post !. fucking mi now requires medical history for every patient . meaning no mmmj certs unless every patient has medical history in hand from a real doctor when they see the mj doctor to get certified , so this means in 2 months 4 of my patients certs expire and they don't have real medical history because they don't have money to go to the doctors , and the mj doctors now charges 150 to renew your certs. so I used to pay for the mj doctor fees and state fee 250 total. now they have to go to a real doctor a shady one get history nother 150 dollars each ! so each patient will cost me 400 fucking dollars each to get legal. wtf ? am I expose to doo . fucking going to close up my grow just to 24 plants. from 72. I was hardly making any money already because of the fucking electric bill. the economy is so bad and putting me out of business too ! my old business is dead as well working on cars . all the shops close up in my city, work at walmarts ? I guess ill look for real patients which are very hard to come by around here all pot heads . FUCK . please feel free to bitch mi patients and caregivers. also an ounce is 150 and hardly can sell top notch product around here. no one has money , they rather smoke some shit with mold in it for less. every thing I posted above is related to peppers

the whole point of our illustrious law was never intended to allow the average grower/cg to make $$
it was designed to let you see whats coming and how the dispensaries will have all the juice($$)

so they can track everyone and evrything you do related to mmj...

You just fill out a medical history chart and have a doctor sign it.

There's still plenty of places that don't require you to bring anything.

i've kinda come to the conclusion it's better to keep patients and not to register with mmmp anymore. all it is is a list with your name on it. if you're smart and low key you don't need no stinkin' mmp card.

I am looking for used equipment , might make a pot porn shop with all the equipment collecting dust here in Mi . I scan Craigslist all the time and it never fails . So many people are selling and shutting down and counting there losses early on ..

One can make a decent wage by caregiving with 5 patients but they better have there game and genetics in order while being realistic , in the end you may not be rich but if you love the plant you will love your life simply put !

not in it to get rich anyway nor do myself or my patients go see some shady ass pot doc. i've no problems doing things they way they were inteded although with some of the more recent changes i have fallen on the other side of the line. i still enjoy baking as it were and i plan on diving into the world of concentrates but other than that i try to maintain as legal an operation as i can. specially now that i am on the list

I think that is his point. I'm pretty much at the point of saying fuck legal. It wasn't bad at the beginning, but it's gotten worse ever single verdict. I was shocked when it passed, but not at all when the verdicts started rolling in. I've been waiting for the old guard politicians to finally die off so we might get some sensible representation but mean age of judges is about 112 and they rule like they are mayor of the world. No co-op growing. No dispensaries. No fucking concentrates so children with medical conditions have to smoke to b legal. No fucking way to play by the rules. So....why? LARA isn't even fucking necessary for sec. 8 so why? The price is far too high for the Jack fuck that it gets you.

Yep wives (mine too) and people not actually involved in it see a card as legit. I carry a booby inspector card from Spencer gifts too .....you know so I'm legit.

You guys are all nuts :) 72 plants and you don't make money? hows that possible are your plants a foot tall? I pay for my patients certs, give them a free oz a month and free edibles waxes oils and the like and still make money and yes I pay en exorbitant amount of electric, so im not to sure how you don't make out at least decently

TIME TO MAKE CASE LAW: MI is a reciprocity state per the MMA. visiting patients compensate for cost etc. per MMA. Take that before the courts.

Lets face it the law and card has been abused by both sides and in the end it really is a freaking mess here in Mi , but we have to expect things to get worse before they get better as this is just how the opposition has made it .

This same force tried to shape you and I as children but we escaped there wrath and nonsense and in time our own children will see past all this idiocy too .

I think Ill go now and inspect the wifes boobies for a while lol

These kind of posts kinda make me ill. Get a fucking job. Can't get one? Move...

The law was never designed for caregivers to "Make a living", it was designed to put the plant in the hands of patients that need it.

I moved here from a state in the south that likes to lock people up for 3-5 for growing a few plants, so unlike the whiners who "just can't make a living", I thoroughly appreciate the fact that I can legally grow 12 plants without the concern of my door being kicked down by a paramilitary narcotics hit squad. If you can't simply appreciate the fact that the plant is more free in the state of michigan than it has in over 70 years, I suggest you pack up, move south, and learn all you can about growing coca and processing it into cocaine...I hear there's good money in that.
