That Foton light has great spectrum ...
~15% blue
~30 % green
~52% red ....
~3% FR...
At 3000K white light ...
If peak was further to the right towards 640-660 nm ,that would have been ideal ! ( and also ~2400-2600 K )
A more "inflated flat " peak to the red wls .....
Say ...Does it remind something ?

Multichip array 30 -50 Watt ....380-470 nm ...
"Roll " heat sink .....
Circular remote phosphor ...
Reflector (from flashlight ? diffused...Hmmm ..doable ....!!!! )
Driver ....
50 Watt light ,for under 500 $ ?
