hello all. i am a medical marijuana patient and i got 4 young clones from a friend to grow on my own instead of going the route of having a caregiver.
they are white widow.
they are grown under six 23w cfl's and two 42w cfl's.
rooted in cubes and transplanted to these cups into Pro Mix with microorganisms. He said he believes Pro Mix w/mycorise is the type, but wasn't 100% sure.
when they were given to me they had some white edges on a couple leaves and had dry soil and had to sit out for about 2 and a half hours until i arrived home. i put them in my box and they sat for a couple hours under light the way they were, until i noticed they were drooping. i watered them with FOX FARM veg nute at 50% (maybe a little over).
since then, they seem to be drooping more, and have a couple brown crispy tips.
they don't seem to be overwatered. i checked them with a moisture gauge and they read (on a scale of 1 - 4) between 3 and 4 at bottom of cup, between 1 and 2 at top. the temp is a little low at 65 - 67 degrees. trying to figure out how to raise it to mid 70's. cant afford to go buy a heat pad. humidity is also a little low. around 30 - 35. i will start misting a few times a day to fix that.
i have them on a 24 hour light schedule. he starts them on 24 then switches to 18/6 after 2 weeks. they are 3 and a half weeks old. so they have been on an 18/6 for a week and back on a 24 for a few days. could that be a problem?
in the pics the light doesn't look very intense because they are lifted all the way up to allow access...the (homemade) hood makes it hard to get to the plants.
i hope they aren't too far gone. i have never grown from clone before and i need them so bad. the scoliosis in my back causes me so much pain and because of the amount of pain meds i was prescribed after a major hand surgery i had, the doctors will not help me with my constant back pain. i really hope someone can help. i need it severely. if you need any other info to help out, let me know.
