Are "likes" killing +rep?

I would say that if they changed the Icons on the lower bar to actual words, the rep system would work more as intended. ER: the newbies would know how to give it.

im sure its been said already but all we gotta do is post how many likes we have directly under the rep OR better yet ....for every 25 likes we get, add 10 points to rep:)
