Apple fritter auto 2 day's in flower problems

I have apple fritter auto x5 there estimated at 60 - 70 days seed to finish, one is way bigger than all the rest and is 2 days into showing its first pistols but its suddenly started near the top to turn the largest leaves yellow and others above have like yellow spots that look as if the leaves are thin just in the ares with spots the green around the spot seems normal but the yellow spots look as if there going to turn into holes, the other 4 plants are fine and there are no bugs or anything so I'm pretty sure it's a deficiency as it's started at the same time as the pistols showed, il add photos as soon as I can but anyone have any ideas please

There in 12L pots soil was from my last grow as I'm broke it was only water for 2 and a half weeks at the end of my last grow, it's got perlite and clay balls in it it's had molasses twice in the last 8 days and tiny amounts of 12.5 5.0 24.5 phostrogen tomato food(still roke lol) and has been fine until the pistols showed also the roots are beautiful and white ( I cut a window into the pots before planting and glue a clear piece of plastic bottle over the hole so I can keep an eye on them but the window is also covered except when I want to look at them
 
Sounds like you are trying to run it completely on spent soil ( previous use ). Plus it doesn’t sound like you recycled with fresh amendments.
 
I've cut open the pots and the bottom half inch is soggy and rotten, I've changed them from the pots they were in into 26L pots, I know that they are pretty much done for at this point being Auto but I did also find tiny little white things in the over moist bottom, they don't fly and are miniscule and the only way I can describe them is there very fast for the size and the body seems to swing around and just follow the head as if it was like a long chain or rope and you lifted one end suddenly and the rest just followed the natural swing, I've tried to upload videos and can't I've cut them from 26 seconds down to 3.1 seconds but it's still apparently to large, il see if my brother can post them for me tomorrow but I guess I messed up trying to get by with cheap and used rubbish
 
OK so I decided that I had nothing to lose so I took the 5 plants out of the tent and put 90 litres of really good quality pretty free compost into the liner tray in the bottom of the tent and then carefully cut the pots off each plant and planted them into the new soil and 2 days later they were looking great and doing really well, id expected it to shock them and slow them down but it did the opposite, the green and healthy BUT the new problem is that there supposed to be between 60cm & 100cm and the back 2 are 115cm and 119cm and aren't stretched the centre 1 is 95cm (their in a 5 pattern like on a dice)and the front 2 are 85cm I expected the growth difference as the back ones are getting more light than the front ones as the door is always open so there missing out on the reflection of the light, my tent is 5ft tall and I'm as high as possible without burning them, I'm thinking about cutting the bottom out of the tent soil can raise the frame and 4 sides and top to gain more height, any one have any other ideas as I don't really want to be cutting it up
