Anyone still have a home phone?

I use to have an old rotary phone I kept for power outages. When we loose power in storms the cordless phone is dead, but that old time rotary phone still worked.
My mom still has a rotary model. It was in storage for years.
When she set up her new home office she dug it out and still uses it today.

The first time my niece saw it she asked "What is it grandma?"

I don't want to be bothered with bogus cell phone calls. I have a landline for bullshit calls and anybody can find me in the phone book. I can filter through the answering machine quickly to see if there are any important calls. My cell phone is only for my 10-15 closest friends. I keep my number closely guarded like the President. If anybody calls me that I don't know I QUICKLY inform them that they have the wrong number and hang up; no exceptions. I get very few bogus calls on my cell.
