Anyone drive for uber, lyft, etc and sell weed to the people you're picking up?

I grow some weed and its been stacking up. I was thinking if it keeps stacking up I could drive for uber or lyft part time and sell $20 bags... Thoughts?

I usally sell an oz for $240 and could sell for uber for $10 a gram and would not sell more that a $20 bag to a customer.

I'm not trying to get rich, just trying to get rid of my surplus at a better price... Maybe work 10 hours a week and sell maybe 20-30 $20 bags a month or about 2 oz's a month and obvs I would get paid from uber too.

Ur cruising for a bruising. How old are you cause it sounds like shit young dudes might entertain. Horrible idea to lose your freedom like that.
not to mention if you’re not connected to the right folks in prison you could lose ur manhood too if your young and white. Not trying to be funny just factz!

late 30's.... HOw could I get in trouble if I sell $20 bags to a few people?? Weed is legal in my state and you can have up to 3oz's on you.... Maybe I just find a few customers who would buy an oz from me a month... I just have a surplus off say 3 oz's a month now and its piling up.

Selling outside of a licensed dispensary is illegal in every state that I know of. States want that tax revenue and the penalties are still stiff for black market selling. Look it up for your state and then imagine yourself in prison and see if you think that's an experience you would enjoy.
