Surprisingly, under Federal law, it's not illegal to kill people unless they're a head of state. Murder is a state charge.

I see BuckTard is accusing me of lying. That's pretty much typical of this asshole to make false accusations because he knows I have him on "ignore". The murder of 8 nursing students, 7 female and one male, in their dorm rooms was pretty famous at the time. Somehow, BuckTard seems to think that his inability or unwillingness to prove me right somehow proves me wrong. This is to be expected of a dishonest patisan who has repeatedly claimed something has been debunked when it hasn't, or claiming something is a well-know or proven fact when it is no such thing, or pretending a letter negate a speech that was video taped and posted here. Not withstanding well known cheerleaders for his cause, most of whom are in fact sock puppets, who "confirm" his lies even when video of the events are posted. If you think there is an ounce of truth in this lying piece of shit, then you are a fool.

I've always though the term "they paid their debt to society" was bullshit. They haven't undone their crimes. They haven't made restitution to their victims. They may have served their sentence, but by no means have they "paid their debt".

The same reason a carpenter uses a saw instead hacking away with a butter knife. If you want to do a job, any job, you use the best and most effective tool you have. Going to war with bats and knives while your enemy has firearms isn't battle, it's suicide.

Well she has done well protecting herself ON the internet.
Apparently (pure speculation on my part here) she cried to admin the other night and now an assload of my posts on another thread were deleted, no message, no warning (I was being kinda rude)...but she can threaten to rape another persons wife and that seems to be no problem.

AuntBucky has been ignored, her rants make me feel dumb so I chose to ignore...just like I choose to carry a weapon.

Two incidents in the same day! A guy flew into the Empire State Building also, but in a very small plane. I don't remember if it was on purpose or accidental. Several planes have crashed into buildings. Of course, when you're falling out of the sky, you seldom can control where you crash.

Could this be the reason why the majority of mass killings in America are performed with the best and most effective tool they could get? Guns don't kill people, but people with guns are more efficient at it. Why not limit the efficiency of the tool most chosen by psychotic mass murderers?

Because we are given the right to bear arms by our Constitution and it is to both provide for personal defense and to keep the government and criminals in check.

It doesn't say what arms. We should indeed be given the methods necessary (within reason), to defend our selves and our property. That one abut keeping government in check is silly. The entire constitution is written with that end in mind. The 2nd no longer has relevence in that regard.
