Another Noob Question

Alright I am from California and out here we have a cheaper kind of weed we call "stress" i'm wondering on what the growing details of this weed would be if anyone could tell me. I have searched the internet and can find nothing but Chronic grow guides and info, and yes I know i should just grow chronic if i'm gonna grow at all but I am still curious about this! Thanks all
