Yea, im running 4 cobs per driver. An hlg 185h has forward voltage of 143. And since at a lower drive current than the led was really designed it really pulls more like 35.5 volts. In witch that fits 4 perfectlyI was under the impression that you can only run 5 cxb3950s at 36 volts per cob. That's what I seen on the spreadsheet that's posted? Are you running them at forward voltage of 36 volts??

720-750nm. Stevesleds.com has them for $2/pc.I am getting ready to start a build a build using cxb3590s 3500k 36v CD bin and a HGL-185h-c1050a but I am thinking of adding some far red LEDs. Question is I am not sure which far red LEDs I should use?
Siiiiick. No fans? Passive? 42" sinks or 38"? The 5.886" profile @48" for 3 is way hot on mine at 2100mAPut together another one that will have the same specs but I'll be adding reflectors to this one, just need to wire it up.
Ya @ 800ma they probably don't get hot at all800 ma,30" long 4.25" passive heatsinks.
