So you believe burning wood is safe, yet you support fining people for doing it?
As I said to the village idiot. Air quality laws, dude. If you were a neighbor, I don't know that I'd call you in if you used an old shitty wood stove during a burn ban. I most certainly would if you had earlier said to me the you were glad that it was killing off the old people in the neighborhood. Assholes get the boot.

That said, no burn ban, no problem. Where I live, we don't have burn bans, just advisories asking people to not use wood stoves during an inversion. In which case, it's live and let live. But you'd still be an idiot.

Modern wood stoves are much more efficient and don't release shit loads of particles. They are a valid alternative to burning fossil fuels. It's all good to me there.

You don't read do you? If you had bragged about such, and there was a legal ban in place, I'd call your ass in. For being an asshole.

The rest of your postings are telling. You are one stupid son of a bitch.

Another incoherent post from our local brain drain.

So, what do you think of air quality laws? Do you understand why they are in place?
Yes, I understand why they are in place.
It makes so much sense.
When I drive by cars and trucks polluting the air with black toxic smoke and terrible fumes, it gets to me!
There is some bullshit going on in my town about how they don't have vehicle emission laws in place for the hippie cars and buses because they would never pass the emissions laws!!
Dont you hate when people put stickers on there cars to let you know who they are and how important they are.
Like "IM a Liberal and IM pround of it! LOL! or " I am a WOmen Veteran wHo served my country."
I ususally find myself saying, I dont give a shit! :peace: good for you! THe more generic funny ones are alright.
Or you ever see some people hang a set of balls from the end of bottom of the trunk between the back tires. :weed:
Now that the summer here the air quality is going to SUCK! in the valley. and all these biker event going on , Like this week there are going to be HUNDREDS of bikers for the moonlight bike ride! a biker moonlight bike ride? what the fuck???

Why don't you answer my question? I asked:

Because you can't remember much, I'll remind you we were talking about wood stoves and air quality laws and my comment to FDD that if he were my neighbor and he told me that he was glad that his wood stove was killing elderly people, I'd call him in if he used it during a burn ban. I said I'd do it because he was an asshole.

So answer my fucking question, pussy. Do you understand why air quality laws are in place?

I'll pay you ahead of time for your answer. MJ is legal in Oregon. Even so, your analogy sucks. Burning defective wood stoves -- note plural, dumbshit -- during a burn ban does affect people who have breathing disorders. MJ when consumed at home or in private is not anything like that. So your question sucks.

When I see a bumper sticker, I wonder why anybody would screw up the paint job of their car with the sticker. But I don't really care what it says. I did enjoy one that I drove by, a woman was driving the car and her bumper sticker said "ask me about my ex". That's funny.

Why does the controversy in your town center on hippies? Are they the only ones driving junkers?

The California E-Cig laws are against a product that does not cause breathing issues. You didnt answer my question there.

Simple Definition of straw man

Anything you inhale besides what your body is supposed to causes breathing issues
E-cigs are water vapor. Your body breaths it in 24/7. Apparently by your answer you believe that California should have further rights over the individual on what they can do with their body.

For a pot smoker it isnt very enlightened of you...

"The aerosol is made-up of liquid sub-micron particles of condensed vapor, which mostly consist of propylene glycol, glycerol, water, flavorings, nicotine, and other chemicals."

I am not really sure what is going on here to be honest:leaf: Fogdog:leaf:, because I have only been living here for 3 months. This town is known to be a very Liberal college and hippie town. I have heard so many different political views , mostly from my co-workers and what I read in the local paper and see on the streets. The hippies are not the only ones driving junkers. One of my co-workers, a loggers daughter, (she calls herself) drives junkers. There are a lot of freaks living here. That is for sure. Do you live in a freaky place?bongsmilie
