Modern wood stoves are much more efficient and don't release shit loads of particles. They are a valid alternative to burning fossil fuels. It's all good to me there.

, because I have only been living here for 3 months. This town is known to be a very Liberal college and hippie town. I have heard so many different political views , mostly from my co-workers and what I read in the local paper and see on the streets. The hippies are not the only ones driving junkers. One of my co-workers, a loggers daughter, (she calls herself) drives junkers. There are a lot of freaks living here. That is for sure. Do you live in a freaky place? bongsmilie
