It's panic, anxiety and sleep problems I'm dealing with! The panic is REALLY bad and the powerful stuff sends me into an attack!
Please...any suggestions?
Any suggestions from this site =

sounds like you're having some stress related issues, unless this has been an issue your whole life... but I'm working on it man! I'm still in search of a perfect strain to be able to knock out the anxiety and panic for myself. Something to go in there and halt the commotion in my head/body
If you plan on ordering from nirvana ....I've heard that Blue Mystic works well .. But i have no experience with their seeds yet. One of the last strains i ordered was Delicious Seeds- Fruity Chronic Juice. The ad for it seems like it's everything i need, BUT i've noticed they describe a few of their strains the same exact way... so i'm not banking on any wonder drug.
Take into consideration too that cannabis isn't a cure-all... If you don't find any strains that give you remote relief from your ailments ( although any strain will help with your sleep issues) It might be time to see a doctor. If it's that bad of course.
I've been suffering from panic/anxiety/sleep/appetite issues for most of my life. What seems to work for me ...... mid to low THC content strains...... I notice that sometimes a bit of mids works better for my stress than a heavy, sleepy indica that smacks me in the face and makes me anticipate how i'm going to make it through the day in such a haze...
lol ..sorry for the rambling .. but i would just go by what other people suggest or what you've tried that works
the last batch i had claimed to be good for anxiety ..but it was a HEAVY fucking indica .
Sweet Seeds- Cream Caramel ... the plant was a fucking madman. In both good and bad ways. Had a STRONG onset ... but a nice relaxing wind down. Almost too relaxing IMO, in the sense that.... you wouldn't want to go jogging with it.
I promise after acquiring a few strains under my belt and some experience ..I'll post which ones are good or bad for anxiety disorders.... I'm actually looking forward to this experiment since i find very little info on the net.
