same here man, last time I ran Afghani ( I won't say where the seeds came from because let's not reignite that old flamewar) it was nice. Sedative, relaxing, good to send you off to sleep. Terps were very strawberry, sweet, smoke was harsh though.
If I ever get around to it the next Afghani I run will be from Jordan of the Islands.

You Grow something with good bud and nice buzz he is all over it not knowing what it is.

I just find something when I want a buzz. Met another Grower that puts me to shame has to be 3X more messed up than me but works at least 10 hours a day.

Son stays buzzed but puts full day in.

I'm not sure what flavour of Afghani Kush it was. Nothing wrong with it but I look more for the medicinal effects in strains I grow and it wasn't pushing the right buttons for me so on to the next strain.

I grew some Hindu Kush that I really liked. Eased my joint pain and the depression plus helped me relax and sleep better so was my nighttime go-to until I ran out. The GG#4 I'm using now fits that bill pretty good so is my latest fave for that. No more depression really since I took up micro-dosing 'shrooms and quit the booze almost two years ago but the arthritis and other aches and pains still need dealing with and I have a few friends with various ailments that count on me for assistance. I call them my labrats.

A buddy on another forum just mailed me some 30:1 CBD seeds so 4 of those are getting popped as soon as they show up. They're fems so I'll be making more seeds from them using STS. A nice GG#4/CBD cross could be a good thing.

Lol sure mate whatever you say plenty on here already know i know my shit its why everyone asks me for strain recommendations ive helped countless folks over the years get what there after on here your entitled to your opinion of course though

I ran Angel '98 from Lucky13 recently (it's Pre '98 Bubba X LA Confidential) holy potent! Narcotic-like, very couchlock stone - buds were very dense, resinous, smell reminded me of the old Dutch Passion Masterkush. Kinda related Professor Sprout is working on a LA Confidential backcross, codename LAX - can't wait for the seed drop!

Every cross I tried with it still had one unwanted quality
Slow as molasses in veg
I’ve seen crosses that were faster but not the same as pre98 in flavor just similar
